2. Project Cancellation

Before Project Commencement

If a project is canceled before any work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting any administrative, consultation, or processing fees incurred.

After Project Commencement

Once work has commenced, payments made for completed milestones, delivered work, consultation time, planning, design, development, or resource allocation are non-refundable.

3. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects executed in phases or milestones:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Future unpaid milestones may be canceled by written notice.
  • Deliverables completed up to the cancellation date will be provided upon settlement of outstanding payments.

4. Subscription and Maintenance Services

For recurring services such as:

  • AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

5. Custom Development Services

Custom software, website, application, integration, and consulting services are specifically developed according to client requirements.

Therefore:

  • Payments for custom development work are generally non-refundable once development has begun.
  • Refunds will not be provided for changes in business decisions, project scope reductions, or discontinued client requirements.

6. Delays Caused by Client

If project delays occur due to:

  • Lack of client feedback
  • Delayed approvals
  • Missing content or information
  • Failure to provide required access

Aarksh Systems shall not be obligated to issue refunds for resulting delays or schedule extensions.

7. Exceptional Refund Requests

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Aarksh Systems.

Approval of any refund request does not establish a precedent for future refund claims.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider, clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve concerns.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Termination of agreements
